All project can have different prices

Most project involve a conversion and estimate write up. Every project is different in terms of complications, materials, labor hours, and more. Because I believe in transparency, I have posted below general estimates on what an average project can cost. Customizations and other factors that are unique to your project can raise or lower that cost.

Handyman work is typically by day + material

Most projects are estimated with a base cost of days + materials used. If we think something will take 7 hours, we bill for 1 day plus materials cost.

Most contractors have hourly wages of $60-150/hr and require a minimum of 8 hours of work. Browning Construction day rate of $600 with some exceptions depending on the project. Keep in mind, cost of materials is also added to this labor cost for a final total.

Once an estimate has been accepted, a contract will be written and sent over for signing and a material deposit is due before the start of service.

Some projects can be estimated ahead of time.
